Sooryavanshi is the film which is an Indian action film in the Hindi language, is directed by Rohit Shetty and produced by Reliance Entertainment, Dharma Productions, Rohit Shetty Picturez and Cape of Good Films. The film is completely based on a screenplay by Yunus Sajawal and an original story by Rohit.
Bollywood Khiladi, Mr Akshay Kumar is in the lead role and played the character of ATC chief DCP Veer Sooryavanshi opposite Katrina kaif with a supporting cast of Jackie Shroff, Niharica Raizada, Vivan Bhatena, Jaaved Jaaferi, Abhimanyu Singh, Sikandar Kher, Gulshan Grover, Nikitin Dheer and so many.
Ajay Devgan and Ranveer Singh have appeared to reprise their roles of Bajirao Singham and Simmba through this film.

Sooryavanshi Movie SUMMARY
Sooryavanshi opens with a scene showing a recount of 1993 Mumbai blasts and ACP and ATS chief Veer Sooryavanshi lost his parents during the blast.
He gets the information that Lashkar chief and a terrorist, Omar Hafeez is planning more attacks in India. Even he has formed a Sleeper Cell Network with 40 members of terrorists.
He has formed many plans and has blasted in India before. Veer’s senior Officer, Kabir Shroff discovers a full ton of RDX being brought to India, of the 400 KG are used to complete their plans and the remnant 600 KGs are still buried somewhere in India.
At the moment, Veer tries to catch the Sleeper cell’s remaining members. Then he remembers his wife Ria Gupta. He has met with her and fallen in love. After some time, they got married and became parents of a son, Aaryan.
But one day, Veer tried to nab one of the terrorist members, then their son culminated in being shot. Although Aryan came of healthy and Ria became very angry with Veer and slapped him and left him, also taking their son with her to Australia.
At present, Usmani and Bilal remove RDX from the ground and prepare for their next plan. Unfortunately, Veer catches Bilal and Bilal shoots himself.
After that Veer also arrests Usmani and make him confess about their plans and he finally wants to meet Rafique and they kill themselves with one of the cops of Mumbai ATS. Bilal’s daughter helps them to identify Ansari, who is hiding in Shivgarh.
Veer asks Simmba who is the inspector in the Charge of Shivgarh to catch Ansari. Simmba gets shocked after finding out 7 bombs are to be planned at 7 locations in Mumbai.
However, the terrorist team uses Ria as a suicide bomber and try to attack the ATS head office. But Veer and his team become successful to control the situation in the end.
At the last time, Veer’s friend Bajirao Singham enters to defuse the bomb. And Veer Sooryavanshi, Simmba and Bajirao Singham come in anger and shoot Mukhtar and Riyaz to death.
Sooryavanshi Movie RELEASE DATE
The film has been postponed many times due to the Government Guidelines of the Covid 19 case in India.
So initially, Sooryavanshi was announced to release in Eid 2020, but it is finally released theatrically on 5th November 2021, Coinciding with Diwali.

Sooryavanshi have been announced in December 2018 at end of the “Simmba” film’s post-credit scenes.
The film’s shooting was started in February 2019 in Mumbai. The film is produced by Karan Johar, Rohit Shetty, Aruna Bhatia, Hiroo Yash Johar, Apoorva Mehta.
And Reliance Entertainment, Dharma Productions, Rohit Shetty Picturez and Cape of Good Films, are the companies who produced the film and got a super success.

According to Rotten Tomatoes, a review aggregator website, Sooryavanshi currently holds a rating of 33% based on 9 reviews, with an average score of 4.8 out of 10.
- Taran Adarsh of “Bollywood Hungama” gave 4.5 stars out of 5 on Twitter and explained it as “Fantastic” made for Mass action entertainment.
- Umesh Punwani from “Koimoi” gave 2 stars out of 5.
